We will accept returns on any Tragur item under the following conditions: 

1.  The tags are still attached

2.  It is in new condition

3.  A receipt can be provided

• No  Receipt, No Problem.  If we can't find record of your order, we’ll issue you a gift card / coupon code for the value of the  item. 

If the item is no longer in new condition, we’ve still got you covered: 

We will accept returns for defective items up to 60 days from the date of sale. Beyond 60 days we will evaluate the possibility of repair on a case by case basis. We only accept returns from the original purchaser or original gift recipient.

Tragur cannot accept returns due to misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

Refunds are made to your original form of payment.

So this policy is applicable, but we understand life happens.  Contact us any time through the website if you have a unique situation for a return.  Climbers perform their best when they're happy and we strive to keep you that way.
